Pumpkin Pie Squares
I had request to post this recipe from the Forsyth Community Cookbook..the Video was post on my YouTube in October ...Theme for October was pumpkin. Pumpkin Pie Squares Submitted by Lucille Goblis 1 package yellow cake mix ( reserve 1 cup) 1/2 cup butter , melted 1 egg Combine the remaining cake mix, Mix with butter and egg and press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. 3 cup pumpkin ( large can) 2 eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 2/3 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup brown sugar Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour over crust. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over filling. Bake at 350 F degrees for 45 to 55 minutes , or until knife comes out cleans. Topping 1 cup reserved cake mix...
