 I joined in a Christmas Candy collab.. for my YouTube Channel..This recipe is from This cookbook

Christmas Bonbons

1/3 cup soft butter            3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup Karo syrup     Melted chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla      pecan halves
1/2 teaspoon salt

  Mix in large bowl the butter, syrup, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Add powdered sugar. Mix with a fork, then knead with hands. Cool in refrigerator. Shape into small balls, then cool them in refrigerator. Dip balls in chocolate, then press a pecan half on top.

My Cookbook Collection Part 1

   Let's try this again, My plan is to start counting my cookbooks and dive deeper into them and read them like a book ...this may take awhile, since I'm absolutely have a cookbook addiction, I just can't seem to stop myself from buying them...but hey when they are 25 cent to a dollar who can...lol    So lets start with the first bookshelf ( I do need more of them ), and first cookbook                      First off in my collection I'm sharing is this chem ( Missouri)...a Church cookbook. I just love community cookbooks. The next few videos on YouTube channel will be from this cookbook. This cookbook was copywrite in 1998. It does have a list of foods plus how much you will need for 25,50,100 servings...besides a few other tips..It does have some Yummy recipes, plus some interesting recipes as well...Life's Recipe, How to Cook a Husband, plus Kitchen prayer over the sink...           ...
