Pasta Salad

 This may or ma not be the last pasta Salad I will be posted. This recipe is from 


                                                         This book was published in 2005
                                                 And I think was a fund-raiser for Children's
                                                      Miracle Network.

I did make this recipe ,but forgot to add 2 ingredients and was a huge hit with my husband

                                                            Pasta Salad

16 oz Package Spiral pasta                                            3/4 cubed Monterey Jack 
6 cup chopped mixture ( your                                                          Cheese
          choice: broccoli, cucumbers                                2 1/2-oz can black olives, drained
                      radishes, cauliflower)
1 cup shredded carrots ( i used cut up 
                        carrots)

  Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse, drain and let cool. Add chopped vegetables, carrots, cheese, olives; mix.

  Dressing:

1 cup cider vinegar                                              1 Tablespoon dried mustard
1 cup sugar                                                           1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil                                            1 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoon parsley flakes                                 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  Combine all ingredients. Whisk until mixed well. Pour over pasta; Refrigerate. Serves 16-30..
