 Here's the next set of my cookbooks..11-14..number 15 deserves its own blog


                                              lookie, lookie a family cookbook  published in 1996
                                                cant wait to try some of these

                                                          
                                                         This one right here is from the Forsyth Missouri
                                                 Library, published in 1978
  
                 Remember these community type cookbooks, I will be sharing recipes from


                                                    I'm sure this was a set of sorts
                                           This one is just focused on meats by Southern Living
                                           hopefully by the time I get to these recipes , I can afford
                                          meat, might have to substitute some of the meat with Rabbit or
                                        venison...This cookbook was published in 1971

                                     
                                                   Now this one is a gem from 1983, 
                                          I think from Arkansas, but not hundred percent sure

                                             Now that is 11-14...once we get to number 15 in my collection you will understand why it needed it's own blog
                     Now on to the next recipe or number 15 in my collection

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients. My Cookbook Collection Part 1

   Let's try this again, My plan is to start counting my cookbooks and dive deeper into them and read them like a book ...this may take awhile, since I'm absolutely have a cookbook addiction, I just can't seem to stop myself from buying them...but hey when they are 25 cent to a dollar who can...lol    So lets start with the first bookshelf ( I do need more of them ), and first cookbook                      First off in my collection I'm sharing is this chem ( Missouri)...a Church cookbook. I just love community cookbooks. The next few videos on YouTube channel will be from this cookbook. This cookbook was copywrite in 1998. It does have a list of foods plus how much you will need for 25,50,100 servings...besides a few other tips..It does have some Yummy recipes, plus some interesting recipes as well...Life's Recipe, How to Cook a Husband, plus Kitchen prayer over the sink...           ...
