Onion Puffs

 This Recipe is in this community type cookbook, in which I think was a sample from the publishing company in which is no longer in business.


In making this recipe, My toaster oven might have quit me, I was using a extension cord to plug it in, so really sure if that's what went bad or not. In which I did plug it in and it worked so....

This Recipe is in the Appetizer-Pickles-Relish 

Onion Puffs

Combine :
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese                                  3/4 cup mayonnaise
dash Worcestershire Sauce                                           1/3 cup finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper                                                                            ( More or less to taste)

  Spread on small bread rounds that have been pre-toasted on one side. Broil until golden browns and puffy.
Makes about 20.
