Sausage Bake
This recipe is actually supposed to be Sausage balls instead of Sausage Bake.
Patrice's Sausage Balls
1 pound sausage, cooked , drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 package Pepperidge farm herb stuffing
1 ( 10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, moisture squeezed out ( i used Kale instead)
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together and form into walnut-sized balls. Bake on ungreased sheet at 325 F. Degrees for 10-15 minutes...
I place all of in a 9 x 13 inch pan and baked at 325 F. Degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
It was delicious...
