ALMOND,CHICKEN AND RICE

3 cup cooked rice

1 ( 4 oz) can pimentos, chopped

1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced

1/4 -1/2 cup canned mushrooms

1/2 cup blanched almonds

1 3/4 cup chicken broth

Salt and pepper

1 1/2 Tablespoon flour

    Combine rice and peanuts. Place on-third of rice mixture in greased casserole. Alternate layers of remaining rice, chicken, mushrooms and almonds. Combine chicken broth , salt, pepper, and flour. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour.
