ALMOND, CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE

1 cup cooked chicken, chopped

1 cup celery, diced

2 teaspoon onions, chopped

1 cup slivered almonds

1 1/2 cup slivered almonds

1 1/2 cup cooked rice

Dash of pepper

2/3 cup mayonnaise

4 hard- cooked eggs, sliced

 2 cup potato chips

   Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Put in casserole; top with potato chips. Bake at 450 F. degrees for 20-25 minutes.

YIELD  : 8 Servings
