BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 small box instant rice

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

1 fryer, cut up

  Place rice in greased baking dish. Heat soups with milk. Blend mixture and pour over rice. Place chicken on top of rice. Pour dry onion soup mix over top. Cover; bake at 325 F. degrees for 2 hours.

YIELD:  4-6 Servings
