BAKED CHICKENB-NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 ( 8 oz) package noodles

3 cup chicken , chopped

1 cup corn flakes

2 cup milk or chicken broth

2 Tablespoon flour

2 Tablespoon butter

2 Tablespoon green pepper, chopped

 1 Tablespoon onion, chopped

1 Tablespoon celery, chopped

1 can mushroom soup

Crushed potato chips or bread crumbs

  Cook noodles in boiling water for 20 minutes ; drain. Add chicken and corn flakes ; mix well. Make a gravy of milk, or broth, flour, and butter. Add pepper , onion, celery and mushrooms soup. Combine noodles, chicken and gravy ; pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with potato chips or bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD: 15 Servings
