BAKED HAM AND NOODLES

2 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoon flour
2 cup milk
4 oz sharp cheese, grated
 salt and pepper
1 ( 7 oz) packages fine egg noodles, cooked
1/2 pound cooked ham, ground
   Make white sauce of butter , flour and milk; add cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Put a layer if noodles in bottom of greased baking dish; sprinkle with ahm and cover with sauce. Repeat layers; sprinkle cheese on top, Bake at 350 F. degrees for 25-30 minutes.
YIELD: 8 Servings

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
