BAKED PORK CHOPS WITH RICE

4 pork chops

1 onion

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup rice

1 can cream of tomato soup

1 soup can water

   Brown chops . place a slice of onion on each chop; sprinkle with salt and rice over top. Pour soup and water over chops. Cover; Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD: 4 Servings
