BAKED PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops

1 can cream of mushrooms soup

1 Tablespoon vinegar

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 cup water

   Brown pork chops in small amount of fat. Combine soup , vinegar , sugar and water in a casserole dish. Top with pork chops. Cover with lid of foil. Bake at 350F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD: 4 servings
