Baked Veal and Noodles

 I probably wont get any people looking at these next recipes, due to the fact I really dont think people eat veal anymore,....

 BAKED VEAL AND NOODLES

5 pound veal or pork, cubed

2 large green peppers, chopped

6 medium onions, chopped

3 pounds noodles

5 cans tomato soup

1 pint stuffed olives

 2 1/2 cup broth

Salt and perpp to taste

1 1/4 pound cheese, grated or thinly sliced

   Brown meat; add peppers and onions. coook for several minutes. Combine remaining ingredients except cheese; add to meat mixture. Put into casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 350 F. until noodles are tender.

YIELD:  65 Servings
