BARBECUED CHICKEN CASSEROLE

6-8 large pieces chicken

Salt and pepper

Paprika

Flour

1/2 cup oil or shortening

1/2 cup tomato catsup

1 can bouillon 

1/4 cup water

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 Tablespoon onion, grated

 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard

1 clove of garlic, finely crushed

2 Tablespoon parsley, chopped

   Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika ; dredge in flour. Brown to rich golden color in hot oil. While chicken is browning, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Arrange chicken in large casserole; pour hot sauce over top. Cover pan with foil. Bake covered at 375 F. degrees for 25 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking 20-30 minutes. Baste frequently  with sauce while baking.

YIELD: 4 Servings.
