BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 1/2 pound ground beef

1 cup onion, chopped

 1 cup dried celery

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 small can mushrooms

1 cup cooked rice

Soya Rice

   Saute meat, onion, and celery, simmer 20 minutes. mix in soups, mushrooms, and cooked rice. Season with soya sauce. Bake at 350 F. degrees. for 1 hour
