BEEF-NOODLE BAKE

1 ( 8 oz) package wide noodles

2 pound ground beef

2 Tablespoon butter

2 teaspoon slat

2 ( 8 oz) cans tomato sauce

2 Tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon chili sauce

1 cup sour cream

2 cups small curd cottage cheese

1/2 cup onions, chopped

2 Tablespoon green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup ripe olives, chopped

   Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Brown meat in butter; drain excess drippings. Stir in 1 teaspoon salt, tomato sauce, flour and chili sauce; simmer 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients. Put half of noodles in buttered 3-quart casserole. Layer cottage cheese mixture, remaining noodles and ground beef mixture. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 50 minutes. Let Stand 10 minutes before serving,
