BEEF- NOODLE RING

8 oz noodles

1 pound ground beef

2 Tablespoon shortening

1 can tomatoes

1 ( 8 oz) can tomato puree

1 beef bouillon cube

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup onion, chopped, 

2 cup Cheddar cheese , grated

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown beef in hot shortening. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat slowly until bouillon cube is dissolved. Stir in noodles. Pour into bakiong dish; bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour.
