BEEF- WILD RICE CASSEROLE

1 cup wild rice

2 pound ground beef'

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can chicken and rice soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

   Cook wild rice until tender. Brown meat; add onions and celery. Drain excess fat. Add soups; simmer slowly until celery is cooked. Mix with wild rice in a 2-quart casserole., Bake at 325 F. degrees for 45 minutes.

YIELD: 8-10 Servings
