BEV'S MEAT BALLS

1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound pork sausage

2 cup cracker crumbs

1 egg, beaten

1 cup milk

1/2 medium onion , finely chopped

2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/8 teaspoon sage

   Mix all ingredients ; gently form into small 1 1/2 inch meat balls/ Brown balls in small amount of lard. Put in covered casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD :  6 Servings
