BROWN RICE - PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

1 cup brown rice
2 Tablespoon butter
2 cup boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
Brown rice in butter, stirring constantly. Add bouillon cubes to boiling water; stir until dissolved. Pour ovewr browned rice. Pour rice mixture into casserole. Bake covered at 300 F. degrees for 20 minutes. Brown seasoned pork chops in frying pan used for rice. Place browned pork chops on top of rice; continue baking for 20 minutes.
YIELD: 4 SErvings
