BUDGER MEAT LOAF
Submitted by 1 pound ground beef
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 Tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1 small onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, tomato paste and mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients; thoroughly mix with hands. Place in a loaf casserole or in individual casserole. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meat is done.
YIELD: 6 Servings
