BURGER CHILI AND CHIPS

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/4 cup celery, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 ( 1-pound ) can chili with beans

1 cup corn chips

1 cup processed American Cheese, diced

   Brown meat; add onion and celery and cook until tender but not brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add chili and mix. Place layer of corn chips in greased 1 1/2 -quart casserole. Alternate layers of chili mixture, corn chips and cheese, ending with corn chips. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 10 minutes.

YIELD: 6 Servings
