CANADIAN BACON CASSEROLE

4 cup potatoes, sliced
1 No. 2 can French green beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 roll garlic cheese, cut in slices
8-10 slices Canadian bacon
2 Tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt to taste
3/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon catsup
Dash of Tabasco
arrange potatoes, beans, onions, cheese and bacon in layers. Sprinkle flour mixed with celery seed, oregano and salt over each layer. Combine milk, catsup and Tabasco sauce; pour over all. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Bake covered the first part of baking period.
YIELD: 6 Servings
