CAROL'S HAM CASSEROLE

1 9 8 oz) package noodles
1 1/2 cup cooked ham, chopped
1 cup sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
2 Tablespoon butter or margarine

   Cook Noodles as directed on package; drain. Combine ham and 3.4 cup cheese. Alternate layers of noodles and ham in greased 1-quart baking dish. Mix soup, milk and curry ; pour over noodles. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese; dot with butter. Bake at 375 F. degrees for 20-30 minutes.
YIELD : 6- 8 minutes

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
