CASHMERE CASSEROLE

3.4 cup raw rice

2 cup celery, diced

 1 cup mushrooms

2 Tablespoon fat

2 1/2 cups water

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/4 pound veal steak, cubed

1 Tablespoon onion, grated

1 cup cashew nuts

   Brown rice, celery and mushrooms in fat. Add water and soups. Combine mixture with veal and onions. Put in casserole. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour. Add nuts.; bake 30 minutes. 

YIELD: 12 Servings
