CASSEROLE CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

1 ( 5 pound) hen, cooked

 3 cup chicken stock

2 cup tomato juice

1 cup celery, chopped

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 ( 7 oz) package spaghetti 

1 small can mushrooms

1 small can pimento, chopped

 18 stuffed olives

 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt to taste

Celery salt to taste

Onion powder to taste

3/4 pound cheese

1 cup chow mein noodles

   Combine all ingredients except cheese and noodles. Blend well and pour into a flat baking dish; slice cheese over top and cover with noodles. Bake at 300 F. degrees for 30 minutes.

YIELD:  15 Servings
