CHICKEN AND DRESSING

 Submitted by Ramona Chapman from Michigan

1 ( 4 pound) chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 ( 8 oz) package seasoned bread stuffing

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup onion, chopped

2 cup chicken broth

   Cook chicken in salted water until tender. Remove chicken from bones and cut into small piece. Place in greased baking dish. Cover with chicken soup. Mix stuffing , celery, and onion. Moisten with chicken broth ; spread over chicken soup. Cover with foil ; bake at 375 F. degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes or until dressing is browned.

YIELD: 6-8 Servings
