CHICKEN AND DRESSING

1 chicken

4 Tablespoon chicken fat

6 cup bread crumbs

1 small onion,, chopped

2 eggs, beaten

Sage

Salt and pepper

3-4 cup chicken broth

Parsley

   Boil chicken ; break in pieces and place in bottom of pan. Make dressing of fat, bread crumbs, onion, eggs and seasonings. Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken. Use thickened broth for gravy '; pour over top. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 F. degrees . Sprinkle with parsley. 

YIELD :  8 Servings
