CHICKEN AND GRAVY CASSEROLE

1 ( 12 oz) package wide egg noodles

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 -1 1/4 cup canned chicken gravy

2 chicken bouillon cubes

1 cup boiling water

1 ( 2 oz) jar chopped pimento 

1 green pepper, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon dried onion flakes or 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

2 cup cooked chicken , coarsely diced

1/2 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

   Cook noodles according to directions on package' drain thoroughly. Combine chicken soup and chicken gravy. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and add to soup and gravy. Add pimiento, green pepper, onion and chicken; heat thoroughly. grease 3- quart casserole. Layer chicken mixture and noodles. Put a layer of noodles on top. Sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD:  6-8 Servings
