CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE

1 ( 4 to 5 pound) hen

3 cup chicken broth

2 cup bread crumbs

4 eggs

1 cup instant rice, cooked

1 can cream of mushrooms soup or chicken broth

Yellow food coloring

   Cook chicken and remove from bones. Cut up skin and add to chicken. Mix with other ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 325 F. degrees.

YIELD :  12 Servings
