CHICKEN AND WILD RICE

1 cup wild rice

1 pound hamburger

1 cup celery

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can evaporated milk

2 cooked chicken breast or 1 small chicken, chopped

  Follow directions on package for cooking rice. Brown hamburger and celery. Combine all ingredients in a greased casserole. Bake at 325- 350 F. degr4ees for 1 hour. 

YIELD:  8 Servings
