CHICKEN- APPLE SCALLOP

2 cup cooked chicken, cubed

1 Tablespoon mustard

2 cup sliced apples, cooked

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can cream of mushrooms soup

1/3 cup light cream

1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

2 Tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

  Combine chicken and mustard ; spread in a 1-quart buttered baking dish. Top with apple slices ; sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Combine soup and cream ; pour over apples. Top with crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 F. degrees for twenty minutes, or until crumbs are brown. NOTE : Tuna may be substituted for chicken.

YIELD: 4 Servings
