CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH PIMENTO

1/4 pound sliced fresh mushrooms or 1 ( 4 oz) can mushrooms

1 Tablespoon butter

3 cup cooked chicken, cut up

3 cup soft bread crumbs

1 cup milk

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup pimento, finely chopped

 2 eggs, beaten

2 Tablespoon onion, minced

Salt and Pepper 

Celery Salt

Paprika

  Saute mushrooms in butter. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 2 - quart baking dish ; set in pan of water. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD: 6 Servings
