CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 cup cooked macaroni

1 cup cream, evaporated milk or mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

2 teaspoon butter or chicken fat

3 Tablespoon flour

1 cup chicken

1 small onion, sauted

1 small can mushrooms

3/4 cup cheese, grated

   Place cooked macaroni in bottom of casserole. Make a sauce of cream , broth , butter and flour. Add chicken, onion, mushrooms and half of cheese. Pour over macaroni. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake at 350 F. degrees until it bubbles.

YIELD: 3-4 Servings
