CHICKEN CASSEROLE

8 slice bread

2 cup chicken ,diced

1 large onion, diced

1 small green pepper, diced

1 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup mayonnaie

4 eggs

3 1/4 cup milk

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cup grated cheese

Paprika

   Remove crust from bread ; dice 4 slices of bread and put in bottom of oiled pan. Combine chicken, onion, green pepper, celery and mayonnaise. Pour over bread; top with remaining slices of bread. Combine eggs and 3 cups milk ; pour over mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven ; add soup diluted with 1/4 cup milk. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.

YIELD : 12- 15 servings
