CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 cup rice, cooked

 1 small onion, thinly sliced

2 Tablespoon pimento, chopped

 1 can mushrooms , chopped

 4 chicken breasts

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup water

  Put cooked rice in bottom of greased casserole. Mix onion, pimento and mushrooms with liquid ; pour over rice. Brown chicken in fat ; place on top of rice. Dilute soups with water ; pour over casserole. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender. 

YIELD :  4 Servings
