CHICKEN - CHOW MIEN NOODLE CASSEROLE

7 cup cooked chicken, cut up

1 1/2 small cans evaporated milk

2 cans mushroom soup

2 cans chicken-Rice soup or 1 cup cooked rice

1 1/2 cup chicken broth

2 cans chow mien noodles

1 cup celery, finely cut

1/4 pound slivered blanched almonds

1 small can mushrooms

  Combine all ingredients ; let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour. NOTE : All ingredients except noodles can be combined the day before needed. 

YIELD  : 12 Servings
