CHICKEN HOT DISH

1 egg, beaten

1 can mushroom soup

1 can chicken- noodle soup

3 slices day old bread, cubed

2 chicken breasts or 1 can of boned chicken

Cracker crumbs or crushed corn flakes

1/2 stick butter, melted

  Beat eggs ; blend in soups. Add bread cubes and chicken. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cracker crumbs which have been stirred in melted butted. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. degree.

YIELD:  6 Servings
