CHICKEN NOODLE TETRAZZINI

4 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup noodles

1 can mushrooms soup

1 cup milk

3 Tablespoon butter

1 can or leftover boned chicken

Bread Crumbs

   Bring water to a boil; gradually add noodles so that water continues to boil. Cook 8-10 minutes; drain noodles and put back into saucepan. Mix soup and milk together in a bowl blended. Put soup and chicken with noodles and mix ; put into buttered casserole. Melt butter ; mix in crumbs and spread over casserole. Bake 15 minutes at 375 F. degrees.

YIELD : 4-5 Servings
