CHICKEN PARISIAN

1 fryer, cut up

1 pint sour cream

1 small onion, diced

1/4 cup instant rice

1 teaspoon salt

Paprika

1 can cream of mushrooms soup

   Arrange chicken in a deep casserole. Combine all other ingredients. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hour  and 15 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD: 4 Servings
