CHICKEN -PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

4 pork chops

salt and pepper

 flour

1 can chicken noodle soup

   Season pork chops with salt and pepper; roll in flour. Brown on both sides in hot fat. Place in shallow casserole so that there is only one layer. Pour undiluted soup over chops, arranging noodles on top of chops. Cover dish with aluminum foul, making a tight seal to permit steaming inside. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 45-60 minutes or until chops are tender.

YIELD: 4 Servings
