CHICKEN SUPREME

1 stewing hen

1/2 ( 8 oz) package noodles

1 can cream of mushroom soup

Buttered bread crumbs

1/2 cup green pepper. chopped ( optional)

   Stew hen until tender ; cut into piece. Remove 1 cup broth. Cook noodles in remaining broth. Put a layer of noodles and a layer of chicken in a greased casserole. Cover with sauce made with 1 cup broth and soup. Top with crumbs and sprinkle with green pepper. 

YIELD : 10-12 Servings
