CHICKEN WITH WINE EN CASSEROLE

 2/3 cup Sauterne

2 cans condensed mushroom soup

2 cup cooked or canned chicken , cut into piece

2 cup potato chips, slightly broken

4 hard- cooked eggs, chopped

1 pound mushrooms, sliced and sauted

Celery Salt

Freshly ground pepper

Grated Parmesan cheese

 1 cup slivered almonds

   Blend wine into soup; fold in chicken, potato chips, eggs and mushrooms. Season to taste with dash of celery salt , pepper. Turn into a greased large casserole. Cover top with grated cheese; sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 375 F. degrees for 25 minutes.

YIELD: 8 Servings
