CHILI CASSEROLE

1 1/2 cup chili beans

1/2 pound hamburger

1 1/2 large onion, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

 1 pint tomato juice

1 Tablespoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

   soak beans overnight. Cook in fresh water until tender. Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Add tomato juice, salt, cayenne powder and chile powder. Pour into casserole. Bake at 375 F. degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

YIELD:  6 Servings
