CHILI-CHEESE CASSEROLE

1 pound ground beef

2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

3/4 cup onion, chopped

 1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon oregano

1 ( 8 oz) can tomato sauce

1 ( 1 pound ) can pinto or kidney beans

1/2 cup corn chips, crushed

3/4 cup cheese, grated

   Brown seasoned beef and onion; put into a medium casserole. Saute 1/4 cup of meat mixture with garlic until golden. Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese. Spoon over hamburger; sprinkle chips and cheese over top. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes.

YIELD: 6 Servings
