CHINESE-CASHEW CASSEROLE

1 1/2 pound hamburger

1/4 cup onions, finely chopped

 1 ( 8 oz) package egg noodles

1 cup stuffed olives

3/4 cup milk

1 can mushroom soup

1 ( 6 oz) can mushrooms, undrained

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can package chow mien noodles

1 cup salted cashew nuts

    Brown meat and onion. Cook egg noodles and place in a buttered baking dish. Add meat, onion, olives, milk, soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper; mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. degrees. Remove from oven; top with noodles and cashews. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

YIELD : 12 Servings
