CHINESE HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 1/2 pound hamburger

2 Tablespoon salad oil

2 medium onions, finely chopped

1 cup celery, finely chopped

 1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can bean sprouts, drained

1 1/2 cup warm water

1/2 cup uncooked rice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can Chinese noodles

   Brown meat in oil until crumbly; add onions, celery, soups, bean sprouts and water. Stir in rice; soy sauce and pepper. Turn into greased dish; cover with foil or lid. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes. Top with noodles; bake 15 minutes.

YIELD: 8 Servings
