CONE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE

3 cooked chicken breasts or 2-3 cup cooked chicken

4 Tablespoon instant rice

1/4 cup celery, diced

1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

1 1/2 cup mushroom soup

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup buttered crumbs

1/4 cup stuffed olives, sliced

   Place cooked chicken in casserole ; sprinkle with rice, celery and seasonings. Add soup and water evenly over mixture. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs and dot with olives. Bake 30 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD : 4 Servings
