CORN CHIP PIE

Submitted by Mrs. P. V. Porter from New Mexico

1 ( 8 oz) package corn chips

1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated

1 medium onion, diced

1 pound lean hamburger

1 green chili or 2 teaspoon chili powder

1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes

   Alternate layers of all ingredients in casserole except tomatoes. Repeat layers. Pour tomatoes over top. Bake at 350 F. Degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD: 6 Servings
